Online School Payments for Parents

The OSP online school store offers a simple and familiar shopping experience to parents/guardians.  The process is simple and convenient and allows for 24/7 access. Parents will navigate to the online school store, click/add items to a cart and when ready, go through the easy four (4) step check out process.  Once the card has been processed, an order confirmation and email receipt will be sent.

ORDER YOUR OWN CHROMEBOOK CHARGER REPLACEMENT

Shenandoah County Public School’s Technology Department requires replacement chargers for Chromebooks to be UL-certified or listed for the safety of students and staff. UL certification ensures that the charger meets stringent safety standards set by Underwriters Laboratories, a global safety certification company. Devices with UL certification undergo rigorous testing for potential hazards like electric shock, fire, and overheating. By requiring UL-certified chargers, schools prioritize the safety of their students and staff, mitigating the risk of accidents or damage to devices. Chargers provided by the SCPS Technology Department will be Dell OEM chargers. Sometimes it does take a bit more time to order replacement chargers through the SCPS Technology Department. If you wish to order a replacement charger for your child's Chromebook online, here are links to three options:

Parent and Guardian Portal now Open

Parents and guardians of current SCPS students can now log into the Parent Portal and update their students' information including address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical updates and transportation requests for next school year. Even if nothing has changed, please log in to the Parent Portal and submit the forms to confirm the existing information.  You are encouraged to submit these forms by July 8 so we can plan for your student's school transportation needs.  If you have any questions about these forms, please call the school.

Medicaid Re-enrollment and Renewal

If you have Medicaid/FAMIS/CHIP health insurance, make sure your current mailing address, email, and phone numbers are up to date so that important information about your coverage gets to you. Visit the Cover Virginia website for more information or call 1-855-242-8282 to update your contact information today.
